Resupply?

I'm pretty sure I have v1.4 of SH3 (version 1.4.0.1 the game says).

But I can't for the life of me figure out how to resupply. I send a patrol report to BdU and all they say is "Be more agaressive" lol.

So how does one use the resupply system?

And I also fired like 4 torpedo's into a moored ship and they all bounced off it. I'm doing it on 89% realism (kept my 3rd person view and movie viewer

), and it's early days in the war, but come on? 4!
