Default [REQ] Move tab on TDC Pullout?

I'm using somebody's great tweak idea that moved the big red "fire" button on the lower right torpedo pullout, to make it less likely that you'll fire a torp by mistake when using the stadimeter (great work, whoever that was - sorry I lost the thread reference).

It got me thinking - the fact that the pull-out tab for the left-side TDC pullout (PK and torp settings) is near the bottom means it gets covered up by the recognition manual, so if I forget to pull it out first I have to close the manual to get to it (which is doubly painful since the dang manual doesn't open back up to the ship you were looking at - is there a fix for that yet, BTW?). Is there any chance to mod/tweak something so that the tab for this TDC pull-out is moved up to the top so it won't be covered by the recognition manual?

Someone made a 'smaller' recon manual that does the same effect. It was released as a Mod. check the threads to find it.

I would like to see the TDC entry dials also on the Attack Map screen, should just be a change to the Menu.ini. Nice to use when doing a manual attack with 'contact updates' on to see your firing solution without having switch between the Periscope and Attack screens to enhter new data.
