that its just a trick to make you signe in,
Megaupload doesn't have a download limit I think,
Just try it again and it will let you download normaly,

cause uploading this into another server will take some time ,
but I can do it for you if you still have probs. downloading the Mod...

EDIT. So'k. I downloaded the one thats not compatible with my version of GWX but edited the entry in the menu_1024_768 file that uses "options.tga" where it was different from mine.

It was:
