Immigrants fresh from Britain. They must have found it to be an interesting shape for a cloud and not much else, a wiggling cloud that is.

We have water spouts here in Florida all the time.

I had fish rain on me once .... that was wierd.

It gets to be messy when they hit land... umm ... the waterspouts and fish...
