Cannot locate SH3 mods for download

I went to http://www.u-boot.realsimulation.com. I registered for both the site and the DLC forums.

When I do I site map, I find a huge list of SH3 mod readme's. However, I see no way to download the associated files with these readme's. Am I missing something? Have these files been taken offline?

Looks like he's redone everything again. All I can find are the Sound and Gramaphone files, nothing else.

So that means the majority of mods listed here and there are effectively no longer available, correct? Oh, well ...
