can anybody help me about this, I need to know how to open the case so I can see if it needs cleaning. It is an area 51 model 5300 desk top. There is a little side panel that you can open and insert a key and then there is a slide type thing I can push but nothing happens. I have contacted there support but unless I pay alot of money, for a service contract they will not help. Also the manual does not explain it either. Tried Best Buy and Circuit city and no help. Any help would be apprec.

Lol, I had exactly the same trouble a fortnight ago. If it's anything like my Alienware case you have to resort to an age old favourite: Remove the screws at the back. Once unscrewed (there are three on mine,) I pushed the slider and it opened up fine.
