Out of refit and into water

Ok its been a while since i acctualy played DW, about 4 months i should think, but now i acctualy have my PC back for once and its time to start taking the sub back to sea.

First things first is the work up exercise 3 days intencive drills in the barents sea then deployment, this could be to the mediteranean or the U.S east coast.

In the exercise will be myself and onther akula with a kilo we will be attacking a small group of warships lead ship being the auxilary boris chelkin, with one sovremenny and an udaloy and four other vessels, also under escort are two other kilo's and an older victor III SSN.

the exercise is to find the best tactics and work on them, and also to test the weapons as two civilian ships will be moored up to be sunk as targets.

the exercise area will be around 50 square miles to rule a kill i must take a picture of each ship or a screenshot of each sound signature of the submarine, they will be firing back so if they kill me im out.

Get with the program Kapitan. The *real* action is in the Persain Gulf not the Barent's. Get that boat of yours to the Gulf for some Brown Water training on the double!

Got to see if everything works first and the persian gulf isnt really my part of the world leave that to the pacific lot, lots of intresting stuff happening around though might take a trip into the pac some time soon.
