The long tv version of "Das Boot"

Ahoi,

as you all know there are several different versions of Petersen's "Das Boot". I have seen all of them and found the long tv version (300 minutes, split into three parts) to be the best. I'd like to have it in my collection.

It was shown on BBC and a german tv channel for sure, probably also in other countries. But that was a long time ago and since then the stations only show the shorter versions.

My question now is if someone has recorded the three parts when they were shown. I'm german so the best would be a german version (the BBC used subtitles I think) but an english version would also be welcome. Maybe we could find a way to transfer them digital or in another way.
