Default [REQ] SpySat Mod?

I have a spysat mod for SH3 that shows all convoys and cargo craft in realtime anywhere on the map.

A bit of overkill, but is there a way to access the 'contacts' area of the engine to see a slightly better update rate in SH4?

The spysat mod for SH3 clearly and vividly shows the primary convoy routes, and once you see them in the mod, you no longer need the mod because you know where the happy hunting grounds are.

The reason I ask is that SH4 has a brutal forced retirement scheme that would do Darth Vader proud.
