Default GWX Patch 1.03 released

http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/show...d=1#post464574

PS, Pls post problems on the GWX thread - a page worth of new "What won't this..." and "Why can't that..." threads is very untidy.

Default Happy birthday, Jan!

Rubini has now released his final "Stay alert"-crew fix!
My download of GWX 1.03 is halfway finished.
Someone is knocking on my door. It's FedEx! With a package!!

Package contains:
- One Silent Hunter IV Limited Edition with Bonus material!

Send here to Denmark from my friend Steve in the States

Someone clearly wants me to have a nice birthday!!!

Thanks to the GWX Team!

I'm sorry for laughing! I don't know whether to take this seriously or not!

For now, I'll just say Yes if you have the correct Cmdr Cfg files (click my sig)

I hope you weren't having me on!

One question about GWX 1.03 and SH3Commander - can I use "GWX 1.02+ Cfg files for SH3 Commander" or not? Is this file compatible with GWX 1.03?

I asked the same question

GWX 1.02+ Cfg files for SH3 Commander, the '+' means 1.02 and above.

So, carry on.

As Dan said absolutelly no problem at all. If you are using the 1.02 version of GWX then you don't need to change your SH3Cmd files. If you're using ANY other version less than 1.02 you need the new Cfg files.

OK, it's clear for me now.

Default Any additional or new mods in 1.03?

Is there a "read me" file or a list of changes and additions anywhere?

Does 1.03 include any additional or new mods?

Thank you melnibonian.

To confirm, GWX102+Cfg4SH3Cmdr.zip contains the SAME files as GWX102Cfg4SH3Cmdr.zip. The '+' was added to ironically avoid confusion.

LMAO, didn't work for me:rotfl:

You explained versions numbers to me but then you threw in a curve ball with the '+'.

I would assume since the campaign files have been changed that you will have to start a whole new campaign from beginning? Again!!

Great news! I can finally start my new career.

As a note: the Manual tables only link seems to be broken and instead of going to the indicated URL it links to http://www.w3.org/Protocols/.

Edit: the actual URL is OK as it works when copied to the browser, but the link seems fuzzy.

Regular Manual is working.
