Ugggh When I Load The Game All I Get Is The UI but the rest is all black........ Do you think it is a driver issue:hmm:

Same thing was happings to me as well, but i just deleted the into movie and now it works.

This was happening to me as well. I was not getting the UI though...just a completely black screen where the intro movie is. It's not the game though, for some reason my system can't play some videos like WMVs anymore. Which is very strange cause it used to work.
It was working fine on my system for the first few hours...then I wiped my system and reinstalled XP just to have a nice clean slate for SH4 and I started to have the problem. Just like the previous poster said though, I moved the logo and intro movies to another folder and now the game starts right up. At first I thought maybe it was the codecs that the installer installs...but I still had the issue even before installing the game and just trying to play videos with media player. It's definately not SH4's fault, at least for me though. |
