Collector's Edition ?

Does anybody know where I might find a Collector's Edition thru a US based web distributor? I tried to help Neal by going to Amazon, but the only place I seem to see it is Amazon/UK, (which does not ship to the US) :hmm:

I ordered my DE from UK/French UBi shop. I donno if DE and CE is the same.

Anyways I am glad I did that, most of the money thus goes to the companies which provides the product: UBI, the Devs.

And even tho it looks like im critizizing and flaming the devs and ubi, I am not, it`s just that I am so darn frustrated and I cant help it, it`s my bad side. I even sent them a PM asking when theyd fix Chronometer Speed bug as well as a weird Shrieeking sound, and my own opinion on the "close down sh project if too much complaining arises" But allthough, with careful choice of words ofcourse.

I am an impatient Kaleun indeed! And sometimes it proves to be a bad thing to my surroundings...
