[REQ] need tweak file for Torpedoes_US.sim
Could anyone with experience at cracking these things provide one for this file?
There's some things in there I can't decipher, but it looks very interesting. Having a tweak for it would allow editing various torpedo malfunction probabilities (not just duds and prematures, but also gyro and depth errors and circle runners), which I'm very interested in. Please?
