[REQ] Bearing compass sub marker on map like sh3 mod

We need the bearing compass on the map for your own sub rather than the useless little circle with tail.

Bearing overlay it was called for SH3. It looks like it was just a tga file for sh3 in the individual sub folder. It's not that way for SH4 though so someone will have to do some poking around I would assume.
