Anyone know what the best settings would be? Graphic wise?

I have an older system, actually really old, but I said in another thread how it still runs awesome, and runs most games maxed..

Well not this game, atleast not as smooth as I would like it to.

I have an AMD 2400,1gig ram, and a 9700 pro ATI card, I have the max settings and its a little laggy, not to bad actually, I could* live with it, but won't

So whats a huge CPU eater?
What should I disable or turn down? THANKS

Try disabling 'full screen glare' and 'Light shafts'

It doubled my FPS. (Ctrl + F8 if you didn't know)
