Strange Problem: Loading the message or captainspanel take about 3 minutes

Hello Subfreaks

I am on a long patrol, and its just killing me, when i want to see my mission status on the captainspanel (F12), or read/send a message (M), it takes about 1-5 minutes, i get like a freez, cant move the cursor, nothing.
After about 1-5 minutes the screen comes back to live, everything works again!
I tried it in the Subschool and there is no problem, must be something with my patrol:hmm:

Any ideas?

Regards
Daniel

I get the same thing, but I don't recall getting it before I installed the 1.1 patch, though I got the game and installed the patch the day after, so could just be my impression.

I had this problem tonight:hmm: Just started to use the PPF filter(could be the cause) without it I didn't have this delay.

Also, I noticed this bug only after installing the patch aswell.

Post Process filter (PPF) in the game settings menu.I don't think its
that though, propably a memory leak in the game is the cause.

I don't think thatthe PPF causes the problem, because until yestereday I played without it and the game would still freeze.

Same problem here, though less severe. It seems indeed to be related to the number of messages in the message window, as the delay grows longer the longer the patrol is. I also didn't notice this problem until after I installed the patch.

Happened to me too. It was so bad I thought the game Froze and was about to reset the system. But it game back right before. It has something to do with how long your on patrol, because it works fine at First but gets slower as time goes on.
