Out of 3000, only 437 copies of the Super Collector's Editions are left. Going, going,... almost gone. Personally, there is no way am I going to spend that kind of money, but I thought some of you here might like to know this might be your last chance to get a Super Collector's Edition copy before they are all gone.

I cannot even imagine how much the SH4 SCE will be selling for later on Ebay.

I'm guessing not much.

Sub sims aren't exactly "in demand". lol

So, basically they are $100 American? ( I assume they ship to the states? )

Wishful thinking, but I had to ask.

I think with shipping costs to the US, it's more like $150.

Yeah, $150 for a game + some stuff that is going to end up strewn about my computer room is a little excessive.

To bad they didn't do the SCE in America, I can think of about 8 people off the top of my head that would have purchased it. You know, it being a game about American sub warfare and all. lol

New 'To Do' List:
1) Organize lynch mob and find nvdrifter.
2) Practice mugging on old ladies, then find Neal and his 8 copies.

I am also having to forgo the Deluxe Edition of SHIV due to not being able to justify the cost of $195.00 Australian.

For us Aussies there is hope. Ubisoft Australia said that "The only way this is available locally is by chance. We did manage to grab two copies of the deluxe for Australia and are offering these through Games Warehouse. It's a bit of a lottery, I'm afraid. The winner will be chosen from all pre-orders. Check out their page here - http://www.gameswarehouse.com.au/longpage.asp?gameid=13990"

Default Ubsoft did not think a sim about US subs would sell in the US.

Ubisoft did not offer the Deluxe Edition to us because they thought we would not be interested in a US Submarine simulation. The interest was expected to be greater in Europe and that a simulation about the US military effor in WW2 would sell better in Britain or Germany, so that is where the DE was only offered. I am sure the marketing department researched this thoroughly.
