Greetings,
I'd love to know some expert/self proclaimed expert opinion on the following 3 things. A: Selecting a PCI Express video card. Which Card would you recommend to play SHIII and SHIV with all the bells and whistles. Obviously one would love to have the latest 8800 series Nvidia or whatever the latest greatest ATI card is, but what's absolutely overkill or conversely what's not gonna cut it? It's an expensive desicion! B: When selecting a hard drive, How much better performance will I get with a 10,000 rpm hard drive as opposed to a 7,200. Is a so called "gaming hard drive" gonna blow me away with it's performance or is it even that noticable? C: Will the onboard hi-definition audio available on most newer motherboards suffice for my game play or should I consider an audio card. I like the fact that the mother boards have the optical digital output as opposed to a lot of audio cards that do not. Thanks for any help/suggestions. B |
