Why can't I find the realism settings?

Because I'm a complete moron? Seriously, just finally installed SH3 after years of it sitting on the shelf (finally have a laptop capable of running it

), plus GWX 1.02, and am going through the Academy. Why can't I seem to find the settings for realism?

First off when ur in the academy there is no realism settings

Secondly when you actually start a career they are there just before you start the mission any more probs just ask

Also once you've started a campaign you won't be able to change them there.
BUT...you can always change them by starting any Single Mission. If you change them by doing that they will be changed for the whole game.

Thanks everyone! Glad to know I'm not losing my mind. I'll practice with different settings in the Single Missions before embarking on my first cruise.
