Abandon ship! Abandon career!

Thus far my SH3 experience has always been in a Type VII boat. Now that SH4 is on the horizon, I think I'll terminate the current career & start a new one with a Type IX.
Just want to see what I've missed before I resign my commission in the KM, enlist in the USN, and get posted to the PTO.

And in SH4 as compared to SH3, in 1944 and 1945, being one of the Hunters as opposed to being the Hunted.
