Which Mods CAN I install...

and which ONES must i absolutely have? Sometimes I've noticed that some of the mods that i want to install generate a warning from JSGME telling me that files in this new mod have previously been modified, such as by the Dec 23rd fix...Is this a problem?

I am running GWX with Dec 23rd fix and Sh3 Commander.
Enabled Mods are:
English Nav map and Grid Refs
Captain america Officer Icons
Torepdo Damage mod
Moosemeasure (i believe it's the nomograph)
GWX No medals on crew
IXD2 Weathered Dark deck

Your suggestions are much appreciated..
