Default Recommended mods for GWX

What mods have you experienced guys used saftely with GWX, I am constantly reloading SH III because of problems with additions to GWX. I believe the problem is in copy of data and not mods that are in the mod folder. Which mods are safe for GWX

The only one I use is SH3 Commander, which works great, no issues for me. Not the answer you're looking for - I'm sure you're after the overall list of compatible mods - but that combination is first rate.

Can you list the mods which you are tying to use?

Most mods which have been released since GWX has been out will have a compatiblity statement with them.

Quick rules:

Prepacked DAT mods (i.e sub skins etc) released prior to GWX = NO
Mods designed for NYGM = NO

If you can list the mods you want we can help you.

Most, if not all?, skins are safe to use as far as I've seen.

I have most of the MODS that are GWX compatible i.e. Sobers 3D waves mod, Torpedo damage Mod, Depth charge shake, installed and have had no problems.

Here's my list:

Flavored to taste 5c - it contains several mods in itself, such as 6 dials slideout, draggable chrono, low contrast uzo and periscope views. and i seasoned it to my own taste a little. for instance i wanted 8 km view distance instead of 16 km, the GWX fatigue model, and use of renown to purchase items put back. just wish I knew how to put the engine crew compartment back to normal. I'm on my fourth patrol and I don't have 3 mechanics yet. Anyway, thank you for compiling it Ducimus!

Ocean Blue's Torpedo damage Mod

Fubars Camo IID for GWX

GWX - Contact Color - contact colors are back on the nav map

NavMapTools v1.3

SH3 Das Boot Menu Movie - Colored Version

Aces Coloured Menu Bar Icons MkI

Ailantd Das Boot Officers Mod

Hi Rez Moon

binocs - black 7x50 binoculars. contains a 'Binocular01.dat' file but works just fine.

Mods I have downloaded made for GWX but I haven't tried:

Mavs_GWX_addon_mod_collec0 - i'm sure this one would conflict with 'Flavored to Taste 5c'.

If you're not using 'Flavored to taste 5c' you can install the QueenMary JSGME mod by U234(Englishnames.cfg file conflicts).

Longer_Repair_Times_v1.31X

Cheers

If your referring to the stock SH3 Templates the Type VII will work but none of the others.
