Man, its the second time i get my sub destroyed in misterious circumstances by flooding at N NW of Lock Ewe i got caught in a storm, heavy fog and rain i dived to 20 25 mtrs to try to maintain a straight course (Manual navigation) and to listen for any warships that may be at the area i was surfin at 128x when i got the message we are taking damage, i surfaced consult the damage report and the torpedo room is heavily damaged and flooding and also the forward quarters and some hours later the sub sinks and carrer over

Sounds as if you did hit a mine. If you want to be sure, open campaign.scr in the mission editor and you will see the locations of the minefields.
There is also the possibility that due to bad weather & TC you have actually had the bow of your U-Boat plowing the sea floor. It happens. ![]()
