Is there any shortcut key to acess the conning tower directly?

I dont mean the bridge, i mean inside the tower where the attack periscope is.

No, I don´t think there is a shortcut for that. The only one is when on the bridge, F4 view, you can right click to get inside the conning tower and when inside, the next right click takes you to the command room.
