HELP Grey Wolf Mod 1.1 HELP!!!

I went to here http://www.subsim.com/subsim_files/patches2005.html downloaded the Grey Wolves SuperMod v1.1 (5 files and an exe file) Numerous improvements and fixes. i then uninstalled my full game of SH III, and re-booted my system and re-installed SH III and the Patch to silent_hunter_3_dvd_1.4b_us i then installed the Grey Wolves SuperMod v1.1 and tryed to play. The game runs good but when i go into any mission no mater if its a Career or single mission i have 2 big problems.

1) NO Deck gun ammo - the Flak 88 and or the larger gun never have any ammo load out. The smaller AA guns do however have full ammo.

2) In un-moded ver. when you go to free camera mode and you hover out of the water above yoru sub and yoru sub is submerged, you could see an orange circle with a direction arrow pointing in the direction of your heading on on top of the water. but after you MOD it is gone. I really really reaally need this.
