Default No enemy subs?
What's the deal? In sh2 there were plenty of enemy subs to engage. In sh3 there are none. I thought it was alot of fun to hunt and destroy subs. And why no mine fields?

Are you playing the stock game ?
I guess you are

GWX has S class\Gato and Baleo AI subs
Be rather nice NOT to have any minefields

'Plenty' in SH2? I've met only one and that was in single mission, not in my careers.

If you want to have minefields, use any of great mods. I'd personally pick the Grey Wolves Expansion (GWX). Have a look at the stickies.

Welcome aboard.

PS Please avoid the red eye-killing colour in your post, at least in longer parts of text. That doesn't help at all to shout ll the time.

We are not sub hunters.....our goal in life is to strangle England of precious materials that are brought on merchant vessels. Now go get GWX super mod and enjoy the game!

It seems most of my convoy attacks I get a lot more DD’s than merchants and I come away kind of depressed.:hmm:

i get mostly two or three (the most was 5) but getting the two or three wastes most of my torpedoes

No AI subs in stock game, but there are a couple of yankee ones in GWX, there maybe more added later, we'll have to wait and see. chill out and be patient.
