Assuming you mean its disappeared because you're running a mod like GWX, and want the original orange circle back:

It goes in your \SilentHunterIII\data\Misc folder.

It is located at "Program Files\Ubisoft\SilentHunterIII\data\Misc\UMark.tga" .
