file location question

When the command room and nav map changes from day to night lighting, where is the file located that toggles that change and/or the game command string that toggles that change?

They are controled by a structure in the interior files light objects, InteriorLight, it has two parameters DayLightColor and NightLightColor. The switch between then is hard coded
