In SH-3 Commander I have "Random days in port between patrols" checked but using NYGM I get back from patrol and save the game. When I start another patrol it will start on the same day I ended the last patrol plus upgrade time. If I dont upgrade equipment then it will be 1 day in port.
Am I doing this wrong? Should I select "28 days in port" instead? Thanks. |

This happened to me once as well, I think I accidentally loaded the save for "in base after patrol 1" rather than the save for "in base before patrol 2".
I think it somehow erased the leave time, or something like that. ![]()

Does the status in SH3Cmdr say "In home base before patrol..." or "In other base before patrol..." before you load the game?
If the latter, then SH3Cmdr will assume that you have docked at a milk cow or other friendly port and will simulate same by changing the days in base value to 1 (plus damage repairs). And as KLARCH says, always make sure you load the last "In base before mission" save from within SH3. |

Thanks guys....
I must be loading the wrong one. When you get to port and save, the game will save 2 times correct? The first will be "In port after patrol 1" and the next line will be "In port before patrol 2". I want to load the second one? This would be my "bottom" choice onscreen? and yes, I am in home base. |
