The U.S. Navy had a crane in Subic Bay way back when that was designed to lift the turrets out of an Iowa class battleship. Those turrets weighed 2000 tons; not quite the same class, but pretty impressive all the same.

Was that one stationary or on a barge like this one?
The fact that this is floating and mobile is very impressive.......but then my experience with cranes is limited to landlocked varieties.
