Have you looked in the option page for sound? You can adjust voices and other related noises from this page.

Hello and welcome to SubSim

I think you can edit the sound volume at the options tab in the ain menu screen. There you can chose the volume of the different sounds, voices and music. Have you tried this? If you have I would suggest you check your soundcard settings.

Wow thanks for all the responces. I have em all set to -40. which i belive is the loudest.

Also Im running the game at max settings, forced on 8x supersampling 16 antistortropic
8x aliasing supersampling Gama correcting allaising Transparency sampling: set to super sampling. and texture filtering at high quality. And to be honest it runs to fast.

So anyways do yall know of any grahphics tweaks that can put my frames down to a reasonable level. such as some .con tweaks. Just trieng to get the game to look the best. I am using all the gwx "mini mods" except lite trafic. Just wondering.

BTW I like my nick name too.

I believe -40 would be the softest not the loudest.

Hmm thanks maybe we can work on my second prob.

Im running the game at max settings, forced on 8x supersampling 16 antistortropic

BTW not meant as a brag or boast.

You want to tune down your frames to a descent level?
I assume you want to tune it up

High fps=good thing
Low fps = bad thing

Turn down some of your grapich settings. Thats the only advise i have for you if you suffer from FPS lag. its proberly your computer that cant handle that "extreme" settings you have.

I dont know of any grapich tweaks that would help you.

The low sound, well i noticed when i installed GWX that the sound was extremly low for some sound files. So i changed it by boosting up the volume for them.

You can use windows own soundrecorder to do it.

just load the soundfile and at the "effect" tab you can adjust the volume for the sound. eiter increase it 25% or tune it down. Be carefull to raise it to high or the sound will be distorted. Just listen to the sound after each change you do.
And when you are satisifed, save the file.

Aha i see. soz that i missunderstod you

Well the only thing you can do is to try some additional mods. There is loads of skins you can download and try.

But most of the effects that is on the mod market is allready in gwx.

Check out the mod section on this forum for additional mods. Do some search and iam sure u will find some.
