Default searching for a .tga to 3d converter

ok..this is realy a hard one..

who knows a program or software where you can convert tga files in real 3d shaped..
so skinning the sub becomes easier..

i searched the net for over an hour.. but i cant find anything solid..
as example : the texture flatten left and the 3d modell of the flatten image on the right..
something like that

if there is.. let me know !!!

Search for UV mapping. Lots of programs out there from free to high dollar.
And dig hard and deep in the Mods forum!
SUPER info in there if you take the time to find and read it.

There is a program called Deep Exploration which will allow you to open a 3d Model (obj) and then drag & drop your texture to it.

Very handy if you don't want to start SH3 everytime to see what your skin looks like.
