as I have sat and played sh3 and then GWX I have watched a beatiful game become more and more realistic. However in most accounts that I have read smoke is visible over the horizon usually long before "ship spotted"
Now Im certain that its to much work to make a voicetrack that says smoke sighted bearing yadda yadda yadda but is there a way to increase the volume and hieght of funnel smoke or burning ships so that if they take time to sink you could still see smoke once wounded ship over the horizon. Im fairly certain damage effects in zones file is what I need but I am still learning minitweak and may be able to do it that way, My question is has anybody tried this, did you succeed?. Regarding funnel smoke is it doable in the game as opposed to doing each individual ships im fairly certain only effect location is part of individual models but dont know for sure?
