Anyone found any good spots for Warships? I'd like to get my hands on a CL/CA kill or even a BB.

Mid 40 you should find quite a few TF's up around the coast of Norway.

I see a small taskforce with two BBs that head directly south, Sw of Ireland frequently. If you patrol around the eastern side of BE39 you should see them every week or so. Im currently in patrol #6, Jun 1940 and have seen them 3 times. Twice I was able to get one of the BBs (HMS Nelson)

Any sightings of Hood?

Anyone braved into a harbor to peek around anywhere?

October 5th, or so, 1939, in Scapa Flow, I found the following:

7 Hunt I DDs

Revenge BB
HMS Nelson
HMS Hood

1 Aux CA

Then in the actual port itself I found:

1 Troopship

1 Armed Trawler

Various cargo, most small, 2 medium cargo

Found it there but it was anchored in such a way that the angle was terrible for a torpedo attack. On top of that the weather was horrible. I did not attempt an attack.

Also found it three weeks later coming home from the same patrol north of the Shetland Islands in a force with the Rodney and several cruisers but I had only 1 torpedo remaining.

Early March 1940, I just sunk a Revenge class out of a task force heading down the coast of Spain in grid CG13 (yes, BdU ordered me to grid CF64 from Wilhelmshaven! Had to Milk Cow it...). They seem to travel in and out of the Med.
