Side Bar change

I just reloaded SHIII and now I can't remeber how to place the sidebar to one pixal. I know you have to go into a file and chance it manually ( a 1 to a -1) but I dont remeber were.

C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\SilentHunterIII\data\Menu

Then open menu.ini

Its in there somewhere
