Could SH3 be purchased online via a download,and if so does anybody know if the download version would contain starforce

Ubisoft did release a download version of the game. I do not know if it is still supported. I suggest you ask UBI soft.
I am not sure if it uses SF.

yes i believe sh3 is available to purchase via download but i aint sure where to get it from. and i dont what starforce is either
