Default Slide down console

Does anyone know how to slide down the console in GWX. I have the slide out dials, but I need to get the lower console to slide down. The key to do this does not work on my laptop (num pad .) so I can't get rid of it for my snapshots and movies.

Does numlock first then del (one assigned on numpad keys) not work?

For my case my keyboard is a HappyHacking Keyboad and thus I don't have keypad at all and that makes hiding "interface" not possible. I searched a way to make it but the damn key command of "del key on numpad" is apprently hardcoded and I couldn't find any way to change this (there is no key entry for this command -- or in other words, there is no command defined for this).

For me I ended up with FLB Sale's simfeeling mod, made officer icon and msg field slide-out (tho I'm running NYGM).

jimmie, is this the Mod that hides the bottom interface and when you mouse over the bottom of the screen, it scrolls back up again and if so, is it compatible with GWX/JSGME ? Cheers.

I've seen some one's made 6 dials mod for GWX but it is probably not exactly "simfeeling" mod.

6 dials mod is a big 6 slide-out dials on rightside of screen. The dials themselves look nice but usability is not that good.

The simfeeling mod I'm talking about combain those 6 dials into 3 sets of dials which are switchable via small switch. And the position of slide-ou is 2 from lower right and 1 from right bottom of screen which is MUCH better than original 6 dials. And in addition to this, the "interface" is replaced by small bar (not too beautiful, sorry :p) which can be slide-out (I'm leaving it on the screen tho). The officer icons and msg field (now with different font and draggable text field with non-wrapped text) are tagged so they can either be slide-out or not (in my case I slide it out).

Sorry I haven't checked but for the popularity of GWX, I'm quite sure someone will make GWX ready JSGME version of this "simfeeling" mod. (or maybe it's already somewhere...)

I didn't like the original settings of the font (of FLB Sale) so I changed it to stock msg font (of smaller). If you want to change it and don't know how, let me know and I'll tell you where to change in the 1024 txt.

PS. FLB Sale first made "transparent interface" mod... then slide out interface which does what you wrote...kinda, then he made big dials (6 dials) and TDC mod (this one is awesome but it needs a bit tweak to be *really* lookin kool and maybe that's why it's not too famous yet ;-p). The "simfeeling" mod required the "transparent interface"... ah, can't remember exactly

PS2. There's one minor error in the simfeeling mod (for NYGM) which makes the background image of map screen draggable and it's very annoying. Fixing this is a snap and I'm not sure if this error is present in the original "simfeeling" mod. Anyway, I just throw this info for if someone's going to make GWX/JSGME ready version of "simfeeling" mod.

Confirmed. I installed it and it works.
As I play both NYGM and GWX, I reassigned the manual input key in the TDC slideout to CTL-T instead of Shift-T to have same command in both mods.

Default slideout

Boris released the dials slideout and the cousole slide down for GWX. Does anybody have just the console slide down without the large dials?
