More Light In Periscope Attack View - How ?

In night missions, when I use the attack periscope, I can't see that box up in the right hand corner that shows the distance to target,etc. It is dark/grey and almost impossible to see, How can one brighten that area or is there a way to click on the range to target, etc. to light it up ? Thanks

you may not like this answer

but maybe your monitor is set too dark.
Mine is set too light because its hard to darken
know this by comparing screenshots on another monitor.

actually, you should be seeing at least 3 different shades of dark grey/black on this page.
If you see less, your monitor really is not giving you enough.

P.S. one medium grey as well
