Firefox extenstion: DownThemAll

I've been using DownThemAll for quaite a while now. I really like it. I use it over the standard FF download tool most times. One site that DTA doesn't seem to work with is FileFront. I don't think it works with some other file sharing sites, either, like QuickSharing or Rapidshare. Is there a way to make DTA work with those sites? 95% of the time my download speeds are improved with DTA over the standard FF download tool.
