help,can't get sh3 us retail patch to install

getting message ....unknown version anyone know where I can get a copy of patch 1.4b that works?

"this program cannot update the installed version silent hunter III US DVD v1.0 to 1.3 becasue of the following reason C:\program files\Ubisoft\Silent hunterIII\data\Menu\en_help.txt:unkown version.

Go to

C:\program files\Ubisoft\Silent hunterIII\data\Menu and then delete the en_help.txt

Did you download the game (legaly) ior did you buy the disk?
Are you in Europe or the US?
Did you get the correct version of the patch?

uh oh now having trouble geting gwx in says something about setup needs the next disk

us retail patch is in now a little trouble with gwx

Make sure you have downloaded ALL of the gwx files and they are in the same folder.

Yes put them all in one folder
Dont forget to MD5 compare them first to ensure no corrupt files

ok i'll try that,strange thou when i downloaded it ti took like 2 seconds I assume the setup would the connect to a mirrior an finish the process.
