Default Anyone seen Hans and the rest of the watch crew?

I tried to man the deck and flak guns but the weather was too rough.

Occured after loading a saved game in GWX.

What happen? Did ur sink dive down after u save? ALso, do u know any mods that let u man the deck and flak guns while the sea is too rough and the watch crew say in their posts not to the quarters?

Wasn't the underwater crew an old vanilla bug that was fixed with the patch? Am I remembering this wrong?

Stock bug fixable by nobody but Ubi. Reloading a saved game underwater sometimes does wierd things.

Such as....

say if you saved while in silent running. The Silent running icon will still be there, but your not REALLY in silent running. You have to turn it off, then back on again.

Automatically reload torpedo's check box being checked again, even though you unchecked it before.

Any damage you incured is reapplied to your uboat when you reload a game. This can get intresting if you were heavily damaged and saved while submerged.

and naturally, your watch crew being on deck. Game thinks your surfaced. Try hitting P for persicope depth and you'll hear the sub diving sound even though your already underwater.

Some of these bugs I found funny makes SH3 look funny watch crew on deck underwater? Why, not flak gun and deck gun crews underwater too?

Happens to me only when dials were shattered earlier during the patrol.

It's an intermittent thing...doesn't happen every time

The game is awfully buggy isn't it? Lets hope they figure this crap out for SH4.

I have experienced most of those at one time or another.. I usually hit the speaker mute button as the game loads so I don't jump out of my command chair from hearing all the breaking glass.. I reloaded one game that I had saved under water and found my watch crew on deck, diligently searching with their binoculars.. They were obviously holding their breaths as I was at 25 meters I just hope Bernard didn't leave the hatch open..
