Flak gunner/ config. question..

Running patched vanilla..

Just upgraded my VIIC conning tower and now have 2 double flaks. I usually dive & run from aircraft since the damage outweighs the renown most times for me. Anyway, I only have 1 flak gunner (Qualification). Since I'm a bad shot w/ flak unless it's against tugs, boats or small ships , should I transfer one of my other qualified sailors and get another flak gunner or just send some other 'expendable' crewman up there?? All my crew are already fully qualed in other areas..

I got the second gun before I found out that only I could shoot at surface targets and I wouldn't have twice the firepower

Do you at least get twice the ammo or do you split the loadout??
