Default sunrise and moonrise?

Is there anywhere while on a patrol to check these? Like you could on the calender in SH 2?
thanks!

In patrol, no. But this is a download for sun/moonrise charts you can download and printout:

It seems to get worse as they go on: SHII did have a calendar with moon phases on it, but SHI had a 'tear-off' type calendar, with sun and moon rise and set times plus today's weather.

I still use those charts they are great for planning attacks when stalking convoys, and just knowing when you can go real time and see the sunrise or set as well as full moons.

Would be nice if we could get a fairly accurate weather report for the week also.

I use an astronomy program called 'Redshift 4', in the time and location panels I can find out those times. There are a few other astro programs as well.
Having said that though, I have never seen the moon at all yet in my game (SHII with GW mods) .

If you want to have the correct sunrise/sunset times you can use the Moon Phases - Sun rise and set times for 1939 to 1945 mod. You can find it in the Downloads area of SubSim
