Mission editor Problems

Isnt this Screen Suppost to be fullscreen?I have been searching for a fix for this but no luck,Does anybody have a solution to this?Also How do I drag the things i put on the map because it wont let me and if i can't do this my maps SUCK Bigtime.Also whenever i do drag something on the map it doesnt even go where i place it goes like a mile away,every map i created has stunk thats why i need to be able to drag the things i put on map.Does anybody have solution to this,Ive never had so many problems before!
