Private Messages

I just saw that it is possible to disable Private Messaging. I needed to contact a member, but couldn´t ("xxx has chosen not to receive private messages or may not be allowed to receive private messages. Therefore you may not send your message to him/her.") That´s not good!!!

Please remove that option and also reset it back to "on" for all users. Thanks!

Haven't forgotten, still trying to figure out the setting or sql command and field.
