Missing/messed up Flotillas

I am having the strangest problem..

I did a complete re-install of the game to try GW+UA. Did all things normally. Installed game, patch, JSGME, SH3 Commander. Then installed GW 1.0, then GW+UA1.1 then GW+UA 1.13 I then started a career through SH3 Commander, Sept 39, 1st Flot. I then started the game and was in Wilhemshaven.....

I assumed it had something to do with the new mods.. took them out and tried to make a new career in the vanilla game. I only had the options of 1st and 7th Flot. 1st being in Wilhelmshaven, 7th in Kiel. I then assumed I must have messed something up (no idea how I would have

I then uninstalled SH3. Deleted the remaining folders and reinstalled to a different location. Patched then started the game. Again I only had option for 1st or 7th... I have absolutely no idea why this is happening.

Has anyone else encountered this at all? If so some advice would be much appreciated.

Did you rollback SH3Cmdr before removing the mods and reinstalling SH3??? Ignore this question if you didn't run the freshly installed SH3 via SH3Cmdr.

No I didn't restart from the fresh install with SH3 Commander. I however did not uninstall it when I uninstalled the game.

Since reading your post I have tried another clean install, and did try the rollback just in case but no good, still only getting 1st and 7th

Well just an update.. I removed everything from my comp that was SHIII related. cleaned out the registry, defraged the whole lot.

Installed only the game and same thing! Thought I would try installing SH3 Commander and trying to start a career in 2nd to see what happens.. no 2nd in Commander either for 1939... just 1st and 7th..

Nobody has seen this before? I just don't get it and am close to giving up.
