Edit Submarines Capacitis

hi, i am an argentinan i didn´t have a good english XD
I want to edit the submarines of the game, with an simple txt editor i could edit the max limits of tripulants (officers, sub-officers and sailors) and the aceleration power, buth i can`t geth to modify the other things like types of weapons, max speed, max tripulants per room, max capacity of torpedos, etc.

Basic.cfg file is what your lookin for.

i have look the file but i didn`t understand whow to change the sailors and officers per room, wohever in that file must like that i can`t change the max speed of the xxi and others submarines
