Hi there.
It's rather "general" question. I'm making a mission located in Cuban area. It's about russian trawler smuggling missile heads to Cuba. What would be a reasonable Cuban border water line? I just need something like that , to decide, when the platforms cross the border , and might be attacked by russian forces. |

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Territorial_waters I think the 3nm limit is the old limit.
