PHYSX Support for SHIV would be nice.

It would be nice if the Devs made use of the new phyx cards that just hit the market!, even if the physx cards them selves dont take off, the technology surley will! ATI is already talking about physx technology being built in to their future graphics cards.

Take a look at these two physx tech demos, the first of bending metal and the second of oil splillage! both effects are very relevant to SHIV, since we are mostly dealing with sea water in motion and the destruction of Iron ships!

That fluid looks really, really, really good. What computers can do these days...

I think it's a bit too much to hope for that this'll be included in SHIV, though. Not that my computer could handle it anyway.

I am no graphics specialist at all but doesn't the fact that SHIV will use the same engine as SHIII mean there will be no Physx support ?

The beauty of game engines is that they can be tweaked and fine-tuned like a decent saloon car. - Im sure the SH3 engine can pushed much further.
