Cargo no longer slides into the ocean

I'm not sure where this was changed....but, I noticed the cargo in my install no longer slides and falls into the ocean. I rememeber there were times when I would crack a ship in half some of the boxes, etc, would slide into ocean from the decks. It was a nice touch graphically. I believe the tanks, and other items, slid in as well depending on the pitch of the deck....

Does anyone know when this was changed? was it a patched by ubi? or a mod? I'm thinking it had something to do with the latest offical patches by ubi. The last time I remember seeing this was back around the first patches after I had just bought the game when I played it using just a vanilla install. Since then I have been usign alot of mods..and I'm not sure if any of those like RUB had anything with changing this feature.
